Dear David:
When children are playing computer games here at the library, they need to put their headphones on so that any noise associated game comes from the terminal & is not broadcast throughout the library. A teenage girl is fighting right now with the branch staff. She needs to listen & wear the headphones and play her game quietly. Quiet, exciting mental stimulation IV her own pleasure & not being men & disrespectful II other patrons & library staff.
