Dear David:

Seems to me David that if educational classes were allowed to run IV some students from say 11am-5pm or even 1pm-7pm, parents who work afternoons from say 12pm-8pm could then slide over and pick up their kids. Have of course a slightly later dinner & then have mornings off with their kids where they can sleep in a little & bond with their kids over their breakfast/lunch & homework. Staggered I know but alas David, there are family's who have parents on staggered afternnon or evening shifts and this would help them tremendously. It would also allow educational boards II hire extra swing shift teachers & administrators.
