Dear David:

I applaud the efforts of Principal Phyllis Cardinal at the Enoch Reserve School to make kids lives better & increase their educational opportunities. The Kitaskinaw School seems quite improved under her direction & stable hand. But the Enoch Cree Nation needs to no just give Casino money to the school, but also a portion of its hotel & its entertaiment room profits. These First Nation's kids deserve a lot better.
