Dear Jeff:
From our friends at Sesame Street a reminder. Kids in school need II learn about the importance of sharing. If a child(ren) is/are seen as being a team player & being nice while sharing, other kids in that same school setting (or in any kid setting IV that matter) will be more likely to reciprocate. Take it from our friends on Sesame Street, Elmo & Zoe: saying "lets take turns" & "pass that II me" (when one child is finished with an object & the other child wants II use it) will lead II much better playing & in class relationships. It will lead II a more conducive team building atmosphere in the school setting, thus improving that child's/childrens manners in other areas of life so that they share more willingly throughout their school years & as they grow up & enter life's journey on their own. Eg.: Having kids of their own & teaching those kids to pay heed II the sharing concept.
