Dear Jeff:

The Ninth (IXth) Street Book Club here in Edmonton seems II really have its act together. With quality members like Colin F. Smith, Editor of The Edmonton Senior, this group has been going strong IV several years. This superb book group makes choices that make it a unique group & from some of the choices which I have read independently at local library's after looking at their site, I would venture & say this group is better than Oprah Winfrey's Book Club. Led by a strong founder in Nancy Kinoshita, this book club greatly promotes literacy & informed discussions by its group members at different locales. By having members that are continuously reading new & varied topics each & every month, those members become literary students IV life & gain a wealth of knowledge. They can then use this knowledge II to tell all of their friends about how exciting the group is & how fascinating the insights are of each & every member. Thiks is b/c you never know what anyone member(s) is/are going II talk about until they get together at the meeting venue of choice IV that month.
