Dear Jeff:

Some mentally & physically challenged students got inII the Capital Ex fair a little early. They got II spend time with their family's/guardian(s) playing on the rides & just being kids in a relaxed summer fair atmosphere time set aside just IV them. Its a great idea b/c they then will not have to be worried about being made fun of by students & other who have no such disability's. Truly sounds wonderful!
