Dear Jeff:
There has always been great myths around Friday the XIIIth. Many vampire & slasher movies are released on this date to take advantage of student & general movie fans of the horror genre. Friday the XIIIth will always be bad IV me on the calendar b/c it leads II Saturday the XIVth & it was Saturday, January XIVth that I found my mom stroking out, & then called in the medics to get her II the hospital, where she died of her brain stem stroke on Wednesday, January XVIIIth.
This week coming up will be VI (6) months since we lost mother, half a calendar year, I cannot believe it. So we need II convince students of all ages, especially those in pre-medical &/or medical schools to be aware of the signs of a stroke by going II The Heart & Stroke Foundation & learning how to treat folks & help them immediately so they have a better chance of recovery. We also need II convince folks of how to live better. So they become students of diet & exercise & healthier living so that they do not become stroke &/or heart attack victims themselves!
