It looks like the Halifax Regional Police are going to reopen the investigation into the Rehtaeh Parsons sexual assault & rape by those IV idiots who got away with the attack in the first place & bragged about it. Too bsad Rehtaeh is not alive to get the justice she so richly deserves!
