Dear Jeff:

People are getting after Mayor Stephen Mandel of Edmonton for not yet indicating whether or not he was going to run for a IVth term of office. He should be allowed to take his time, I can respect just how hard a decision it is whether to run IV office having done so thrice myself. Students of the democratic process need to realize that Steve has to sit back & think hard on this decision. He's what 67 now, a bum ticker, a new grandson to spoil, & a gorgeous wife who loves him dearly who would just love I am sure to have him home more. So lets not rush him, the Mayor has the right to choose in a democracy. Lets let him choose whats best IV him!
