Dear Jeff:
People would be more happy sending out their kids, or even volunteering II shovel their neighbours sidewalks if the City Of Edmonton didn't pile up such high windrows on the sides of Edmonton's streets each winter. Then, either take IVever to remove them or not remove them at all & yet insist upon charging citizens higher & higher taxes.
