Dear Jeff:
When a library staffer approaches you or vice versa, make a point of noting their first name on their respective nametag. In this way, you can give out your first name & those of any family members with you. Thus you can start up your study chat or library needs by being personable & having a collegial/jharmonic conversation with EPL staff members whose favourite duty is to help patrons! Then these same patrons keep on coming back IV more & also bring their friends & family to the library, then its membership numbers grow even more.
