Congrats to the Hon. Rona Ambrose, PC, MP, Conservative, Edmonton-Spruce Grove, the federal Minister of Public Works who announced a $250,000.00 grant to repair the infrastructutre of the swimming pool at the Jamie Platz YMCA in Edmonton's west end. This will ensure that students & their family's who like to swim will be able to do so in a safe manner IV many years to come.

Tag on the fact that provincial Minister of Culture, the Hon. Heather Klimchuk, MLA, Progressive Conservative, Edmonton-Glenora (my MLA) & David Xiao, MLA, Progressive Conservative, Edmonton-McClung came along to announce that your government would be adding an additional $80,000.00 to assist in this project & we find that we have a good day IV family's who want to take part in aquatic activities & be healthy!
