Hon. Gordon Dirks, B. Ed., M. Ed., Minister of Education, Progressive Conservative, Calgary-Elbow Byelection Candidate As Unelected

Dear Gordon:

So let me get this straight:

I. We have a "schlep", the Hon. Stephen Mandel, A. Arts., B. Sc., M. Poli. Sci. as Minister of Health, Progressive Conservative, Edmonton-Whitemud Byelection Candidate As Unelected who added billions in debt to Edmonton's fiscal bottom line, & couldn't fix the LRT transit system, nor get affordable housing for seniors. Then, put in an Art Gallery that no one attends, & gave away $600 million to Edmonton Oilers owner Daryl Katz & The Katz Group for an arena who is worth $5 billion & who will be the only beneficiary of said arena. Yet he is supposed to fix health? What about actually fixing the $2 billion in sewer upgrades that you were supposed to as Mayor Stephen? You had IX (9) years to do so, that would certainly made the health of the average citizen better! And yet the media like 630 Ched AM Radio's Andrew Grose, The Edmonton Journal & its staple of reporters like David Staples just kiss Mandel's posterior & feed his giant ego!

II. We have a "Robin Of Spring", the Hon. Robin Campbell, B. Sc., MLA, Progressive Conservative, West Yellowhead as Minister of Finance & President of the Treasury Board. So let me get this straight, this MLA as Chairman of a Committee that didn't meet for XXXIX (39) months & yet still paid its members is considered more fiscally responsible than his predecessor. Oh wait, that might actually be true when you consider the previous occupant was "Flyboy" Doug Horner, ICD. D., MLA, Progressive Conservative, Spruce Grove-St. Albert.

III.  We have an "accountant", the Hon. David Dorward, B.A., C.A., C.M.A., MLA, Progressive Conservative, Edmonton-Gold Bar as Associate Minister of Aboriginal Relations (Reporting to the Premier.) Some numbers man our David is, he's openly musing to reporters about bringing in an Alberta Sales Tax without first speaking to Premier Jim. He goes mano et mano against "the schlep" two election cycles ago for Mayor & loses despite the schlep's rather strong wastage of billions of taxes & the raising of Edmonton property taxes by LII% (52%) in his first VI (6) years in office. Now the II are serving in cabinet together, thus proving that they might both be tax & spend liberals rather than the fiscal conservative businessmen they are made out to be.

Ah Yes The Public Purse Is Safe For Students & Future Generations Of Albertans With These III In Charge,

P.S.: They actually got rid of a decent LIX (59) year old MLA in Dave Hancock, QC, Progressive Conservative to replace him with a well lets just say "half past dead" LXIX (69) year old who should be changing his grandson's diapers & enjoying a quiet retirement with his gorgeous bride Lynn. All this b/c Dave Xiao, MLA, Progressive Conservative, Edmonton-McClung (who is switching to federal politics anyway) wouldn't give up his seat in the Alberta Legislature. You can tell PC Alberta is getting stale when they think that electing seniors is better than reinvigorating with new members! Its almost like they had signs of dementia!
