Dear Dave:
You know, putting newly minted Sandra Jansen, MLA, New Democratic, Calgary North West in charge of a Premier's Commission on kinship care, foster care, & domestic abuse as Chairwoman of an all party committee on the matter wouldn't be that bad of an idea. That would give her "associated power" without actually having to put her into the cabinet. It would certainly allow Sandy to get some things done for children & women, & yes even men who are in trouble in domestic &/or care situations.
