A New Start, An Unfortunate Wrap Up

Dear David:

Congratulations on the opening of the VI Public & III Catholic schools here in Edmonton, as well as the IX opening in Calgary. The P3 Partnership seems II have borne some positive fruit & goodwill. Truly, I really do wish the students in the new facility's well. As I do their teachers, administrators & family's. But alas I cannot help but feel a tinge of sadness at the closing of perfectly servicable schools in the district that was forced II give up V of its schools. I guess its the end of one chapter & the start of another.
