As mentioned in previous entries in this blog, school janitors really need to be treated with respect, the same respect as teachers are. After all, teachers wouldn't have clean surfaces to teach from & students wouldn't have safe & clutter free hallways & classrooms & such if it wasn't IV these fine folks. See a janitor walking by, say hi & make that person feel engaged.
