Dear Jeff:

Students who wish to be true environmental stewards can start by making sure they properly sort their recycling materials from their refuse, or garbage. Then further seperate the recyclables inII paper, plastic, metals, etc. These subcategories of seperation allow the person coming to pick up the materials for the garbage dump & recycling centres an easier time in loading & offloading their truck. Thus they can pick up a greater amount of material in a much faster time, thus burning less fuel, also an environmental benefit IV the planet.
