Dear Jeff:
Make sure students wear reflective clothing when they go out alone, or with family &/or friends at night. Darkness can be an impediment to drivers at some points. As a result, reflective or light coloured clothing will show up better & increase the said driver(s) reaction time IV stopping in time.
