Dear Jeff:

Political science need II note, the Ralph Klein legacy lives on. Most of the seats at his public memorial on Friday are set aside for general citizens at large & taxpayers whom he served first. This is rather than the usual political funeral where dignitarities are in the majority. Ralp was about sertving all classes & he would strongly approve of his family's decision in this matter.
