Dear Jeff:

According to Public Television (Public Broadcasting System/PBS) news stats & the American Department of Education, America's old schools need over half a trillion dollars in infrastructure spending just to repair & maintain them in proper working order. Talk about scary & this figure is w/o spending a dime on new schools. So it seems we are not alone here in Alberta in having to face this problem.
