Dear Jeff:
So cancer patients in Ontario & New Brunswick got lower doses of cancer drugs than what they were told they were getting. Medical students need to know that this is wrong b/c cancer must be fought & fought hard as hell! When taxpayers expect quality health care, they should get the dosage advertised. This type of mistake means that some of the patients who think they are cured will have to go through these horrid treatments all over again. Plusd, b/c of the time lag & the fact the drugs have stopped being used now, some of these poor patients will die as it will take time IV the readministered meds to work. Medical students, this is unethical, treat every patient to the full.
Depressing,
Rory
