"A House Divided Against Itself Cannot Stand!"-Mr. Harper

Rory J. Koopmans, B. Admin., #6, 14504-108 Avenue, Edmonton, Alberta T5N 1G8

December XIVth, MMXV

Hon. Dave Eggen, B. Ed., MLA, Minister of Education, New Democratic, Edmonton-Calder

Dear Dave:

Unlike that IIIrd rate has been Stephen Harper, we have Congressman Gregg Harper of Mississippi still in power in a majority party. This morning at Executive Dissertations, we get Gregg to conjecture about having clean water. A topic brought up here before in terms of states facing drought conditions & with the bad drought Alberta farmers had this past year. Without clean & potable water, students & their families cannot function so legislation to improve its quality is always smart.

"Without these services, safe & clean water for rural communities & small municipalities throughout Mississippi would continue to be put in jeopardy."

Jackson,

Rory
