Gubernatorial-Kentucky Redux

Rory J. Koopmans, B. Admin., #6, 14504-108 Avenue, Edmonton, Alberta T5N 1G8

December XVth, MMXV

Hon. Dave Eggen, B. Ed., MLA, Minister of Education, New Democratic, Edmonton-Calder

Dear Dave:

In the process of United States politics, there are five states that hold what are termed "off year elections" in odd numbered calendar years. Tag in Alberta & where you Jagoff Jim Prentice calling an election in an odd year a full year before it was due & you get a total of six jurisdictions in North America. One of the states affected is Kentucky & just one week ago today right after Midnight Kentucky Time, just the IInd Republican Governor in XL (40) years was sworn in. As he was sworn during the timeframe of the CXIVth (114th) Congress, we at Executive Dissertations must therefore include a quote from Governor Matt Bevin for full transparency & accuracy. An Editor's Note: I must used the Kentucky State Bird & First Lady Glenna Bevin's name here in place of the State Capitol & Flower since I already used those II items for the just retired Kentucky Governor. I have no choice as I'm in a jam as to what to do otherwise.

"Absolutely I believe that early childhood education is important & that we should be putting everything we have at it."

Glenna,

Rory
