Dear Dave:
I once again bring forward the process of giving out exactly = time for all sides. It was rather kind I'd say of Congressman Ron Kind of Wisconsin to share with me his feelings on global educating. You will notice I got the comments from the last II posts from one Republican & one Democratic while both Congressmen were both wearing just their ties & shirts & had removed their suit jackets. No tactical advantage for either side whatsoever!
