New Democratic, Edmonton-Calder

Dear Dave:

In the process of = time for all sides, we give Democratic Congressman Bobby Scott of Virginia a chance to comment in a press conference just like our last post by a Republican. Bob is concerned about privacy concerns & illegal wiretapping like his GOP colleague in the House & the intrusion of the Executive Branch.

"The bill, which was being pushed by Administration officials, preys upon the American people's fears of another terrorist attack. It allows warrantless surveillance of people in the United States with out a court order & without oversight, even when an investigation does not involve terrorism."

Washington, District Of Columbia,

Rory
