Dear Dave:
I say to "heck" with it! Lets throw in Congressman Joe Heck of Nevada with a commentary on a doctor shortage in his state. A phenomena in not just Nevada, but in many jurisdictions worldwide, including here in Alberta. I mean who better than a doctor (who is also an active duty military reserve Army Brigadier-General) to comment on these matters? After all, with a doctor shortage, how will students & their families get proper medical care?
