Dear Dave:
Congressman Dan Lipinski of Illinois is up to the challenge for students in the matter of easing rail travel & service. What with the terrible job City Of Edmonton & Edmonton Transit officials are doing on Edmonton's LRT, its nice to see a member of congress hard at work making congestion & infrastructure delays less stressful.
"So I'm proud to announce that some of these funds are coming to our region to develop a plan to ease congestion on our rail lines that lead from the southwest & south into Union Station."
