Dear Demetrios:

Being a Mayor/Reeve involves chairing meetings, both regular & emergency situations. You must also do your best to meet with all citizens & govern for all, whether they voted for you or not. Being a Mayor/Reeve means being prepared to lead, but also being prepared to follow. If another course of action works better than your mayoral direction, be prepared to adjust & issue altered directives to follow that new path. Do what is best for the jurisdiction you run & its people first & above all.
