"I Promised Mess I Wouldn't Do This!"

October VIth, MMXXV

Hon. Demetrios Nicolaides, B. A., M. P. S. Ph. D., ECA, MLA, Minister of Education, United Conservative, Calgary-Bow

Dear Demetrios:

Heading to a funeral in the City Of St. Albert later today, I talked to a few people in here about why they prefer living in St. Albert as opposed to Edmonton as they were in here chatting about the St. Albert Mayoral race, so I assumed they were from there & I was right. It seems that the taxes are a little higher, but then there are lower fees & administrative costs to getting permits. The city is friendlier towards business, not putting up barriers like City Of Edmonton administrators (financial & construction barriers both.) Snow gets cleared right away, lawns get cut. RCMP St. Albert is respected. The next City Council For Edmonton City Proper might want & take a few hints!

Mess Won VI Stanley Cups,

Rory
