Dear Demetrios:
In "off-year" Gubernatorial elections, meaning an election writ held in an odd year on the calendar (most US political offices vote in even years such as the MMXXIV Presidential election.) We head to The Garden State & Republican-New Jersey Candidate for Governor Jack Ciattarelli. Jack will tell you that he wants to do things "My Way" like native New Jersey born son Frank Sinatra. So Executive Dissertations gets Jack to comment on high school taxes, a problem here in the Alberta jurisdiction & in many other places.
"The reason why the school tax is so high in New Jersey is because of the way we distribute state aid to our schools we need a new school funding formula."
