Dear Jeff:
No more 0.05 blood alcohol levels Jeff. No tolerance at all. If a student gets caught with even 0.01 blood alcohol, immediate arrest & suspension of license for a minimum 48 hours. We don't need any young & inexperienced drivers killing innocent civilians on the road. Just like we don't need any older drivers killing these students & destroying them & their family's futures!
