Dear Jeff:

If you are having a language barrier issue as a student say with a foreign student in your class, or a disabled student with speech oratory problems, get help if you can. Start by drawing pictures so that the two of you can find common ground. Then go get an adulty who can perhaps find a translator or knows how II help make diabled students less uncomfortable & better able to communicate as to their needs. Whether those needs be personal or educational IV instance.
