Dear Jeff:

Its very appriopriate that Harrison Ford is in the new movie "42" in theatres soon. Its about civil rights & Jackie Robinson, the first ever black man who got inII the major leagues of baseball & all of the struggles he faced. Black history students must relish the fact that Mr. Ford is playing the general manager of the Brooklyn Dodgers at the time, Mr. Branch Rickey. Ford in his onscreen portrayal is not just a manager here, but shows that Rickey was a mentor to Robinson as he tried his very best to fit in.

Race Riots,

Rory
