Dear David:

As with my first blog today, I must point out again how helpful EPL Staff are in internet issues & searches. There is a Pakistani-Canadian young lady here who along with her mother is quite nervous about how to use the computer as the mother's English is not so good. So I said II the daughter to bring an EPL Staff Member over here & they will help her search Punjabi websites. Everyone should feel comfortable in the library no matter what their first language is & no matter what area they are choosing to study in.
