Former St. Joseph & St. Francis Xavier High School Principal Leo Turcotte has just picked up a Canada's Outstanding Principal Award in Toronto. Leo is an outstanding teacher, principal, & educator in XXXIX (39) years so far with the Edmonton Catholic District. I say way II go Leo. He gets rid of problems at his schools and turns them around to be exciting & profitable, but more importantly, he makes them an exciting place II be.
