Rory J. Koopmans, B. Admin., #6, 14504-108 Avenue, Edmonton, Alberta T5N 1G8

October XVIIth, MMXIV

Hon. Gordon Dirks, B. Ed., M. Ed., Minister of Education, Progressive Conservative, Calgary-Elbow Byelection Candidate As Unelected

Dear Gordon:

A rich widow is going to be allowed to surrender herself on suspicion of extortion & the plotting to murder the male child her husband had during a romantic indiscretion. An Assistant District Attorney (ADA) tells Los Angeles Police Detectives Joe Friday & Frank Smith that "this is how we treat these people." In otherwords, different arrest standards for different socio economic statuses. Det. Friday vociferously disagrees & has Det. Smith in full agreement & explains this to the young & inexperienced ADA.
"My partner & I feel that everyone should be handled the same. We'll pick her up."
Rich Or Poor I Agree A Person Plotting II Murder Should Have No Special Rights Joe,
Rory
