The Student Sayings Of Joe Friday On Fridays From Los Angeles, California Case Eighty-Nine

April IIIrd, MMXV

Hon. Gordon Dirks, B. Ed., M. Ed., MLA, Minister of Education, Progressive Conservative, Calgary-Elbow

Dear Gordon:

With the Gubernatorial Executive Order by Governor Jerry Brown, Democratic-California a couple of days back restricting water usage in the state back by XXV% (25%), it gives another good reason for students & other people use illicit drugs to cut back or quit b/c they will not have as much water to hydrate with as before. Also, drug dealers who live in more expensive surroundings use a greater volume of water to grow their plant based drugs & clean their drug making equipment, so hopefully maybe less drugs will be available since they'll be able to clean the equipmess less & thus less people will die. This would truly make it a "Good Friday" on Good Friday. Detective Joe Friday of the Los Angeles Police Department Narcotics Division reminds students that buying from more expensive drug dealers doesn't mean they are getting better quality drugs. They can die from an expensive overdose just as easily as a cheap one.

"Expensive surroundings justify higher prices."

It Is All Garbage Joe,

Rory

Interesting point. Makes me wonder how the marijuana growers in California's Anderson Valley are faring these days.
