Hon. Gordon Dirks, B. Ed., M. Ed., Minister of Education, Progressive Conservative Candidate, Calgary-Elbow
Dear Gordon:
The Commonwealth State of Virginia gets a second go around today with Senator Tim Kaine. Tim talks about the fact that financial barriers shouldn't be a cost to get a quality education for students. Once educated, they'll be taxpaying Virginians. The reason the Senator's comments are so relevant in an Alberta election is because parents/guardians face a tremendous burden what with the high school fees charged here. Thus proving what a joke the concept of a "free education" here in Alberta for many students is with all of the fees & offloading of heavy financial burdens that "Team Prentice" in tandem with you & several of your predecessors are placing on families while still pretending we have a "competitive" tax system here in Alberta. I would clearly pay less under the Alberta New Democratic Party or the Wildrose, even the Alberta Liberals.
"I understand the importance of a quality higher education at an affordable cost."
Mother Of States,
Rory

An Editor's Note: The PC's are now seeing the reality that even Thomas Lukaszuk, B. Ed., Progressive Conservative Candidate, Edmonton-Castledowns or the "gay hater", Street Church loving & Sky Palace planner extraordinare Ric McIver, Progressive Conservative Candidate, Calgary-Hays would have got them more votes than "bold decision maker & ditherer" the Hon. Jim Prentice, QC, PC, Premier, Progressive Conservative Candidate, Calgary-Foothills. Yes, bring back Premier Redford!
