Hon. Gordon Dirks, B. Ed., M. Ed.
Minister of Education,
Progressive Conservative, Calgary-Elbow Byelection Candidate As Unelected

Dear Gordon:

I'm here at this employment centre helping a senior citizen fill out applications for Old Age Pension & Canada Pension Plan. While here, I notice that Ted Falk, MP is on the case for hemp farmers & crop diversification to feed the economic pocketbooks of farmers & their families. This is wise because if hemp can be grown for non-drug uses then it makes sense for the local MP to make his constituency & those of hemp farming Canadians richer. Thus increasing the tax base for social programs & such, good work Teddy!

"The expanding hemp industry represents a great opportunity for Canadian farmers. Our Government is proud to support this growing industry so that farmers can continue to expand their markets & develop more products."

Number CV (105),

Rory

I earlier saw a government press release on promotion of hemp production. Hemp seeds etc. would probably make a good addition to one's culinary repertoire but currently they are very expensive.
