Dear Dave:
It is not just employees that must know about human resources in finding employees, it is also employers. Employers & employees must both become students if you will in finding the right person for the job &/or job placement. Recruit, screen,schedule, & most all, keep the job interview & search process friendly so as to keep the person looking for the job in mind in case another position opens up for them.
