Dear Dave:
Not to be confused with his namesake at CNN, we have U.S. Secretary Of Education John B. King. I ask the Secretary to explain his concept of aiding struggling schools whilst also garnering knowledge from successful schools to improve the supports to students to the struggling schools.
"We want to understand, again, which schools are struggling & which are excelling so that we can direct resources & support to those that are struggling & learn from those schools that are excelling."
