As she is the IInd Lady Of The United States, I must therefore place the post on the very lovely & talented Dr. Jill Biden, wife of the Vice-Prez second in the rotation of posts today to ensure proper rank & order. Jillian decides to speak today on the topic of community college. I don't know how Joe pulled this off as his gorgeous bride Jill truly adds to the dialogue & discourse of the nation with her commentaries & teaching skills. A truly empowered lady!
