Dear Dave;

The Liberal administration of Premier Dwight Ball replaced the previous Progressive Conservative administration in November MMXV in the great province of Newfoundland & Labrador in an election writ. Therefore we must get a quote from a IInd Newfie Premier as Dwight took over during the life of the CIVth (114th) United States Congress. Dwight seems really "on the ball" over the issue of new hospital construction, especially one with proper mental health treatment facilities. Something my MLA, the Health Minister & Deputy Premier The Hon Sarah Hoffman, New Democratic, Edmonton-Glenora needs to get going on as Edmonton hospitals & those across Alberta are in terrible shape infrastructure wise.

"This facility is not nice to have. It's a must have. It's a project that we can't afford not to do."
