Dear Demetrios:

Whether here in a City Of Edmonton based library branch, or in rural locations, such as in the Battle River-Crowfoot byelection area, constituents must realize that proper & sustainable library funding must be assured. Yes municipal & county governments generally look after these needs. But they must work in tandem with the next MP, as well as provincial & federal governments to ensure that financial resources are in place to give voters & non-voters alike in whatever setting fully = library learning opportunities whether they live inside or outside a metropolitan area!
