Hon. Gordon Dirks, B. Ed., M. Ed., MLA, Minister of Education,
Progressive Conservative, Calgary-Elbow

Dear Gordon:

We return to Delaware (whose Senators Executive Dissertations has already profiled), the very first state in the Union & its Governor Jack Martell. Jack is talking up the fact that rich or poor, every student should have the chance to strive at success in academia. In this way, they'll get a better start in life & thus be able to contribute economically much faster once they have graduated to the State's economy & overall quality of life.

"No student who would benefit from an education here should be denied the opportunity because of an inability to pay."

Dover,

Rory
