Dear Gordon:
For political science students a lesson in "trusting" Corey Hogan of The Alberta Hospital Party. Corey betrayed the glorious party that constitutes the Alberta Liberal Party that is once again led by its IInd Interim Leader in a row, Dr. David Swann, MLA, Liberal, Calgary-Mountain View. Corey was in even more denial than Sgt. Schultz of the National Broadcasting Company's "Hogan's Heroes." As his former party's director, Corey obviously "saw nothing & knew nothing." The Alberta Hospital Party convention obviously changes nothing in terms of Corey's attitude.
Corey betrayed the very trust of Leader Swann Lake by abandoning his job with the Alberta Liberals during Leader Swannie River's Ist go around as leader (although to be fair he was fired & replaced by his cat.) Now I ask these very same students, why in the hell would the Alberta Liberals entertain any thought of a merger with The Alberta Hospital Party or any "progressive" party of the left or centre-left when they are so close as to be within striking distance of forming the province's next majority government on their own?
