An Editor's Note: Executive Dissertations apologizes vociferously to Pat Stier, MLA & his Wildrose colleague Rick Strankman, MLA, Wildrose, Drumheller-Stettler. I had their quotes saved but somehow the drafts erased at Blogspot despite MLA quotes being ready & as a result must be placed sequentially out of order since they have to be retyped after being researched from scratch. So its circumstances beyond this author's control!

On repairs to the Federal Bvilding, Pat is totally right. Students & other less fortunate folks should have their infrastructure fixed b4 MLAs.
