The Assemblymen-Shayne Saskiw, MLA

Rory J. Koopmans, B. Admin., #6, 14504-108 Avenue, Edmonton, Alberta T5N 1G8

February Vth, MMXV

Hon. Gordon Dirks, B. Ed., M. Ed., MLA, Minister of Education, Progressive Conservative, Calgary-Elbow

Dear Gordon:

Let me get this straight. Shayne Saskiw, MLA fully admits to being one of "the lead negotiators" in proposed merger talks with your PC Government. Yet he's one of the V (5) remaining MLAs in the Wildrose caucus, how is that? I mean its like that scene in the movie "Shane" where the little boy says at the end of the film "Shane, come back Shane." Only in this case Shayne was so reprehensible to the PC caucus that Heather Forsyth, MLA, Wildrose, Calgary-Fishcreek had to say: "Shayne, come back Shayne" in desperation. A definitely fascinating bit of political history for poli sci students to note!

"There is a rumour that I will be crossing the floor tomorrow!"

Alta. Legislative Assembly Seventy-One,

Rory
