Its time to head back to Senator Cory Booker of The Tomato State of New Jersey. Cory remarks on what is just common sense, a better educated populace will attract more firms to being better job & career opportunities to that jurisdiction. It was a huge focus of Cory's when he was Mayor of Newark, New Jersey.
