On this Family Day, created by the glorious former Progressive Conservative Premier Donald Ross Getty, we at Executive Dissertations focus on the truly great family party, the Alberta Liberals. They & their sublime (par) Interim Leader Dr. David Swann (dive), MLA, Liberal, Calgary-Mountain View (the IInd Interim Leader in a row with the Ist being Dr. Sherman) have chosen former Edmonton-Meadowlark Liberal MLA Maurice Tougas to run in Edmonton-McClung against its current Progressive Conservative MLA, Mr. David Xiao. Yes the Alberta Liberal Party, so inept in its apparatchik its renewing its family by bringing in an Interim Leader who never faced an election & former MLAs as candidates who admitted publicly that they "regretted" being MLAs in the first place!
